How can I get a username and password?
Upon registration you will receive an e-mail with your login information. In case you don't receive an e-mail, please check the spam folder of your mailbox. Register now!
What are these cryptic characters?
It's a security code (also called Captcha). It is supposed to prevent Spam being posted in this forum..
What do I have to do with the security code?
Simply enter the code as shown on the image in the textbox next to it. The Captcha is case-insensitive.
How can I get a new password?
Next to the "Login"-button you can find a link. Simply click on it and enter your username in the pop-up dialog. We will send a temporary password to your e-mail address. We strongly recommend to change your new password once you have used it to log in!
I did not receive a new password!
The most common reason is that your mail-provider classified the e-mail as Spam. In this case please check if you can find the registration mail in the Spam-folder of your mail account. If this does not solve your problem please visit our Support-Forum where we will try to help you as soon as possible..
